Twelve people graduate from Nebraska State Patrol Recruit Class

The Nebraska State Patrol had 12 people graduate from the 67th Basic Recruit Class on Friday.

NEBRASKA -- The Nebraska State Patrol had 12 people graduate from the 67th Basic Recruit Class on Friday.

Twelve new NSP Troopers were sworn in and received their badges in a ceremony at the State Capitol in Lincoln on Friday.

The graduates are from Nebraska, Iowa, and Texas. They have completed 22 weeks of training and will now be paired with veteran troopers.

Gov. Jim Pillen spoke at the graduation ceremony, held in the rotunda of the Nebraska State Capitol.
