Intersection of N First St., Elm Ave. to be closed

NORFOLK, Neb. -- Norfolk city officials said the N First St. and Elm Ave. intersection will be closed next Tuesday. 

The intersection will be completely closed July 25 until Aug. 9 due to concrete repairs. 

Officials said that N First St. will still be open to traffic. 

There will be detour signs that will guide motorists from N Second St. to Maple Ave. 

The work is expected to last until Aug. 9.
