Gov. Pillen nominates four people for judge position in sixth district
The Nebraska Judicial Nominating Commission put forward four names for consideration for a county court position in a judicial district in the eastern part of the state.

LINCOLN, Neb. -- The Nebraska Judicial Nominating Commission put forward four names for consideration for a county court position in a judicial district in the eastern part of the state.
Gov. Jim Pillen announced that Sara Bauer of Fremont, Luke Henderson of Norfolk, Louvontree Hunter of Dakota City, and Patrick Runge of Omaha were nominated for the post in the sixth judicial district.
The district includes Burt, Cedar, Dakota, Dixon, Dodge, Thurston and Washington Counties.
The primary office for the position is in Hartington. The vacancy is due to the resignation of Judge Douglas L. Luebe.
