Faith Regional Health Services receives 5 star rating

NORFOLK, Neb. -- Faith Regional Health Services has been given an overall 5-star rating for the quality of care provided to patients.

Compiled by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), this overall star rating is based on how well hospital’s perform across different areas of quality, such as safety of care, timely and effective care, patient experience, and readmission rates.

CMS assigns star ratings to hospitals nationwide. Hospitals can receive between one and five stars, and their overall star rating is based on a hospital’s performance compared to all hospitals in the nation.

Faith Regional is one of only eight hospitals in Nebraska and 438 nationwide to receive a 5-star rating.
