NORFOLK, Neb. -- Authorities in Norfolk responded to a suspicious person call, on Saturday, that lead the a drug arrest. 

The Norfolk Police Department said they were called to the 100 block of E Norfolk Ave. for a man with no shirt and wearing shorts, walking back and forth while yelling at others that were passing by. 

Officers said they found the man, 32-year-old Jacob Thramer of Norfolk, acting erratically. NPD said he appeared to be under the influence of an illicit substance. 

In a subsequent search, officers recovered a glass pipe and small baggie of methamphetamine from Thramer. 

Thramer was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. 

He was housed in the Norfolk City Jail and later transferred to Madison County Jail.
