Nomination process open for 2023 Young Nebraskans Awards

NEBRASKA -- The nomination process for the 2023 Young Nebraskans Awards is now open.

The Connecting Young Nebraskans opened nominations for "exemplary young professionals" for the 2023 Young Nebraskans Awards. Awards will be given out on Oct. 19 at the Younes Hospitality Campus in Kearney during the 2023 CYN Summit.

The awards are meant to celebrate "talented, influential young Nebraskans who are making a positive impact in their workplaces and communities."

Categories at the awards include CYN Network Weaver, Young Professional of the Year, Community Involvement and Impact, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Leadership and Professional Development, and Diversity and Inclusion.

The nominations and self-nominations deadline is Sept. 18. Awardees and individuals receiving an honorable mention will be notified by Sept. 25.
