Norfolk house fire Monday night

Around 6:00 p.m. Norfolk Fire and Rescue responded to a fire off of West Prospect Avenue.

NORFOLK, Neb. -- Around 6:00 p.m. Norfolk Fire and Rescue responded to a fire off of West Prospect Avenue.

The fire was reportedly under control within a few minutes.

Fire officials said there were no injuries in the fire but a pet did perish.
