Norfolk, Neb. -- A woman was arrested Wednesday after refusing to leave a residence.

The Norfolk police division said they responded to a residence for a trespassing report around 1 p.m. Wednesday.

There they made contact with 64-year-old Sheila Omera who was refusing to leave the residence.

Police then arrested her for second-degree trespassing.

After searching Omera, officers said they found a glass pipe and methamphetamine in her purse.

She was then also charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Omera was housed in the Norfolk City Jail and later transferred to the Madison County Jail.
