NORFOLK, Neb. -- Fork Fest is returning to Norfolk this weekend. The annual event is now in its tenth year.
On Saturday, Fifth Street will be closed off outside of the Norfolk Art Center to host an array of events.
Organizer Sherry Ruden talks about the upcoming festivities.
"We are getting ready for Fork Fest this weekend," Ruden said. "It's been in the works for about 10 years now. We bring in live music all day, artist vendors, food trucks, lots of games and activities and just a lot of fun for the whole family."
Among the activities are live music, a beer garden, food trucks, artist vendors, bouncy houses, and outdoor games—activities for just about anyone.
"Fork Fest is just a lot of fun to bring in and feature our local artists and the talent that we have here in our community," Ruden said.
Events and live music run from noon to 8 p.m. on Saturday. Admission is free.
