STANTON, Neb. -- Law enforcement in northeast Nebraska arrested an Omaha man for driving under suspension.

The Stanton County Sheriff's Office said they pulled over 31-year-old Alberto Garcia for speeding on Highway 15, near Pilger.

SCSO found Garcia to have a revoked license for five years after numerous DWI convictions.

Garcia was arrested for a felony DUS charge and is waiting for his bond to be set.

At the time of his arrest, Garcia was out on a cash bond out of Madison County for the same felony offense.

He reportedly had just driven away from the Madison courthouse where he had been in District Court earlier in the afternoon.
