Nebraska National Guard and Norfolk partner to support veterans

The Nebraska National Guard honored veterans at the Norfolk Veterans Home with a wreath-laying ceremony. Following the ceremony, a signing event will take place at 12:45 PM to formalize a new partnership between the Nebraska National Guard and Norfolk

The Nebraska National Guard honored veterans at the Norfolk Veterans Home with a wreath-laying ceremony. 

The event recognized the service of past and present veterans and was attended by community members, the Mayor of Norfolk, and first responders.

Following the ceremony, a signing event will take place at 12:45 PM to formalize a new partnership. 

Nebraska Adjutant General Maj. Gen. Craig Strong and Norfolk Mayor Shane Clausen will sign the agreement at the Norfolk City Council Chambers. The public is welcome to attend.
