Kimball Health Services awards November Employee of the Month

KIMBALL -- Kimball Health Services announced Mary Graves as the November Employee of the Month.

Graves has worked at KHS for a year-and-a-half as the Health Information Management Technician.

“[This nomination] means a lot and it’s humbling,” Graves said. “I have a great team around me who has helped me and given me a lot of good guidance and leadership. It’s a reflection of them as well.”

She was previously a teacher, so she said it’s been helpful to have a team of welcoming employees who have taught her so much.

"[Mary] has done an outstanding job with trying to get new specialists on board and credentialed," the nomination read. "She has gone above and beyond to help them through the process and answering numerous questions, even those not related to her role. This has been crucial in helping our specialists feel welcome and getting them off to a great start with KHS."
