WAYNE - The Norfolk Catholic Lady Knights kept their hot streak rolling with their sixth victory in the last seven games, following a 53-36 drubbing of Wayne Monday night.

Hanna Neesen (3, pictured) had the hot hand all game long, scoring a season-high 20 points, including two from 3-point land. The Piper girls, Elly and Jozy, each put in hard work under the basket, scoring 8 and 6 points respectively.

The Catholic full-court press paid off all night long, forcing 29 turnovers, which led to many easy transition buckets.

Brooklyn Kruse was the early star for the Lady Blue Devils, with 10 points in just a quarter-and-a-half, before exiting the game in the 2nd period with an injury. Frankie and Rubie Klausen picked up the slack for Wayne, combining for 16 points in the defeat.

Norfolk Catholic (9-4) hits the road to Pierce tonight while Wayne (4-12) heads to Crofton.
