Sioux City, Iowa Man Sentenced for Assault

OMAHA, Neb. -- A 27-year-old Sioux City man was sentenced for assault.
Officials said Antonio Thomas was sentenced to 3 years in prison for assault of an intimate or dating partner resulting in substantial bodily injury. After his release, Baker will serve a three-year term of supervised release.
According to officials, in March of 2022, Baker assaulted the victim at a gas station on the Winnebago Reservation. The victim lost a tooth and had a large laceration to her lip, requiring stitches.
This case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
