Norfolk Police said they responded to a disturbance around 11:30 a.m. at an apartment in the 1000 block of Sunrise Drive.
Officials said when they arrived they spoke with Brent R. Hausmann and two females.
Authorities said while dealing with the situation, one of the females disclosed that Hausmann was in possession of methamphetamine and pointed to where it could be found.
Norfolk Police said officers recovered four small, clear, zip-lock style baggies containing methamphetamine and a glass pipe containing methamphetamine residue.
Officials said Hausmann was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.
Hausmann was housed in the Norfolk City Jail and later transferred to the Madison County Jail.
