Two people were arrested in Norfolk for stolen property.
NORFOLK, Neb. -- Two people were arrested in Norfolk for stolen property.
The Madison County Sheriff's Office said they and the Nebraska State Patrol used a search warrant at a home in Norfolk on Sept. 21 for stolen property.
Officers said they arrested Gene Planer and Justin Lawson, both of Norfolk. Planer is a resident of the home and was arrested in connection to possession of stolen property while Lawson was arrested for two Madison County warrants.
According to authorities, they found a stolen construction trailer that had miscellaneous tools. The trailer was reportedly stolen from Tilden.
The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information can contact MCSO.
