LINCOLN, Neb. -- The Republican Party of Nebraska (NEGOP) announces the appointment of Jeanne Reigle as the new Director of Government Relations.

In this role, Reigle will facilitate collaboration between the NEGOP and Nebraska’s State Senators, advocating for legislation that aligns with the party’s core principles. Her efforts will support the passage of key initiatives outlined in the NEGOP’s 2025 Legislative Plan.

Reigle will also enhance communication and engagement opportunities between state senators and Republican constituents, focusing on policies that bolster Nebraska’s economy, agriculture, and rural communities.

"I’m excited to work with the talented and dedicated leaders at the Nebraska Legislature to help pass meaningful policies that align with the values and priorities of Nebraskans," said Reigle. “My objective is to utilize my experience and relationships to continue promoting the ‘Good Life’ that we all cherish here in Nebraska."

A native of Madison, Reigle has a strong connection to rural Nebraska as a small business owner of a family farm, giving her insight into the challenges facing rural communities.

Her leadership experience includes roles on the Northeast Community College Foundation Board and the Northeast Community College Board of Governors, as well as participation in Governor Pillen’s Livestock Roundtable.

Eric Underwood, NEGOP Chairman, expressed enthusiasm for Reigle's appointment, highlighting her commitment to rural issues and her invaluable role in advancing the party's legislative priorities.
