Scheduled power outage set for Pierce Friday evening

PIERCE, Neb.— All Pierce Utility customers will be without power due to required maintenance.

Nebraska Public Power District has issued a scheduled power outage for 5 P.M. on September 5

The outage is expected to last around 3-5 hours.

NPPD is conducting maintenance on the substation north of Battle Creek.
