According to the Nebraska Department of Transportation County Road 571 is closed to through traffic

County Road 571 closed in Stanton County

STANTON, Neb.- According to the Nebraska Department of Transportation, County Road 571 is closed to through traffic south of Highway 275. The road is three miles west of Pilger. Crews are working on grading the road, and installing a new drainage pipe.

NDOT says Hawkins Construction, of Omaha, is the contractor for this project. Work is anticipated to last approximately one week.

NDOT reminds drivers to drive cautiously in and near work zones, to buckle up, and put phones down.
