Experience the magic of christmas at Schuyler's jingle bell bash
Schuyler, Neb. -- The town of Schuyler is kicking off its annual Christmas party known as the Jingle Bell Bash, highlighting its parade and several festivities attracting more than 1,000 participants.
The festival will include Christmas music, s'more roasting, and a renovated pickup with a sleigh and reindeer being pulled through town. Unlike most Christmas events, they will display fireworks to go along with the countdown of the tree lighting.
With the weather projected to be in the 20s, the bash will also host Santa's favorite drink, keeping his favorite guests warm. Schuyler Chamber Executive Director Audra Jedlicka said, "This year we have added something new called the cocoa crawl. We have 10 of our local businesses that have created a map and will crawl around trying new and interesting hot chocolates."
Audra said the Jingle Bell Bash prides itself as being the best event around and why they continue to add something new every year, including letters to Santa that he can respond to.
This Jingle Bell Bash takes place Sunday, Dec. 14, from 3–6 p.m., and has a variety of family fun awaiting you.
