A man is facing charges in connection with a burglary in Northeast Nebraska.

the Stanton County Sheriff's office says 34-year-old Carl Epley Jr. of Fremont was arrested Wednesday on felony charges of burglary and theft of firearms after an investigation into the break-in of a rural Pilger home earlier this fall.

Epley was arrested on a felony warrant after a citizens tip on his location in Fremont.

He is being held on a $100,000 bond.

A co-defendant Jennifer Oswald of Beemer is currently out on bond for her alleged involvement in the burglary.

Authorities say some of the stolen items were recovered earlier at a different Fremont residence.
