WSC baseball opening day pushed back due to weather
Baseball season will have to wait a day for Wayne State College.

WAYNE, Neb. -- Baseball season will have to wait a day for Wayne State College.
Due to travel and wet field conditions, the Wayne State baseball season opener at Missouri S& T has been pushed back one day.
The series will begin now on Saturday afternoon at 1 p.m. in Rolla, Mo. On Sunday, there will be a doubleheader beginning at noon and the final game of the series will take place at 1 p.m. on Monday.
WSC was picked 10th in this seasons NSIC preseason poll. Last season, the Wildcats finished with a 19-26 record with a 13-18 record in the NSIC.
