NORFOLK, Neb. -- A Norfolk man is in jail after authorities say another man was beaten so badly he needed to be hospitalized.
40-year-old Joshua Miller was arrested on Friday.
Norfolk Police said they were called to a residence on Wood St., where officers said they found a victim beaten bloody with his eyes swollen shut.
The victim was hospitalized. There's been no update to their condition.
Miller was found after police said a nearby business called to say that he had just made a purchase there while covered in blood.
