LINCOLN, Neb. – AKRS Equipment, Nebraska’s largest John Deere dealer, is projecting record
revenues for fiscal year 2024 and is continuing to make significant investments in its facilities
across its locations despite facing many challenges in the agriculture industry.

AKRS Equipment continues to focus on expanding several locations to meet the increasing
demand for ag equipment and John Deere's new, innovative technology offerings. This
commitment to growth is part of AKRS’ ongoing strategy to upgrade its facilities and better serve
our customers now and into the future.

“In 2020, when AKRS was formed, we assessed our facilities and developed an aggressive plan
to continually upgrade our facilities to ensure we are giving our customers the best service
possible, to retain and grow our talented team, and to invest in the communities that support
AKRS,” said Kevin Clark, CEO of AKRS Equipment.

“Recently, we have replaced two outdated locations with state-of-the-art buildings and increased
square footage at several others. With much of our trade area set for a record harvest this year
and another record year of revenue for AKRS in 2024, we believe these investments will
continue to pay dividends for us and our customers.”

The David City location opened in 2023 and marked AKRS Equipment's first significant facility
upgrade. This new facility increased the shop size by fivefold compared to the previous location.
In the same year, the North Platte location expanded its shop by 10,000 square feet and added
a large wash bay.

In 2024, AKRS replaced its Oberlin, Kansas, location with a new building four times the size of
the previous facility. Additionally, construction began earlier this summer on a new facility at the
O’Neill, Nebraska, location. Future upgrades are under consideration for the Broken Bow and
Albion locations in 2025.

AKRS Equipment is the largest John Deere dealer in the Midwest. It is headquartered in
Lincoln, Nebraska, and has 27 locations in Nebraska and Kansas.
